Traditional commercial real estate investment required high capital and complex processes, limiting access for individual investors. As market polarization grew, prime opportunities remained concentrated among a few. Our goal was to lower the barrier, allowing anyone to invest in commercial real estate with small amounts, just like stocks, making the market more accessible and inclusive.
